Location= Capitol Hill:  Highly sought after part of town. Tree lined streets, manicured yards, neighborly and convenient. Here is a website about Capitol Hill.

The Eastern Market:  The Eastern Market metro stop derives its name from the Eastern Market, which is located across the street. The Eastern Market has been in existence since 1873 and is one of DC's original "grocery stores." It is a local, Capitol Hill treasure! Inside, on weekdays, you will find butchers, fishmongers, cheese sellers, a bakery, and fresh fruit and vegetables. On the weekends, the market welcomes all kinds of artists and artisans as well as additional fresh fruit, vegetable, and flower vendors - not to mention all the "treasures" of a flea market.

Barracks Row: We are 4 blocks from newly rennovated Barracks Row and all its shops and resturants.

The Lincoln Park:  This park is three blocks away.  It's one block wide and three blocks long and comes complete with Statues, benches, big trees, and a paved sidewalk around the perimeter. The park is a community hangout, especially if you have a dog.  During the summer months there are free outdoor concerts on Friday afternoons.

Street Parking:  There is always street parking available around the building. You may need a Temporary Resident parking pass.
